Shift: NAM Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
Experience: 3–8 Years

We're looking for a Customer Success Engineer (NGFW) with hands-on experience in Palo Alto Networks technologies to support enterprise customers, resolve complex technical issues, and drive successful adoption of NGFW solutions.
Key Skills
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW (Mandatory)
Panorama, GlobalProtect, App-ID, User-ID & Content-ID
NAT, Security Policies, URL Filtering, Threat Prevention & High Availability (HA)
IPSec/SSL VPN, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, OSPF & BGP
Strong troubleshooting using Wireshark, Syslog, and packet captures
Experience with LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, SSO, and PKI
Excellent customer-facing, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience supporting enterprise customers in production environments
