Job Description
Summary: TransUnion is a company dedicated to fostering professional development for its associates. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Programmer to join their development team, where the ideal candidate will contribute to real-world projects and grow their technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain C# applications under the guidance of senior developers
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software issues
- Collaborate with team members to implement new features and enhancements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development
- Learn and adapt to new technologies as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Intermediate knowledge of programming language (C# preferred)
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with .NET framework is a plus
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Exposure to web technologies (ASP.NET, Backend Development, Web Api Services)
- Understanding of Distributed Systems
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing Concepts
