The incumbent is responsible for managing policies and procedures related to passenger services, as well as the associated training activities.
Responsabilities
Manage passenger-related procedures and the Passenger Services Manual.
Creates and delivers passenger services training online and train the trainer.
Manage procedural content and updating of www.airtransat.com and RVI.
Reviews and adjusts policy based on feedback from stations, government agencies, commercial initiatives and IT projects.
Liaison with other departments for procedural issues.
Provides guidance and information to Request, social media and PSS.
Assist with automation projects regarding procedures.
qualifications
College Diploma in a related field, or extensive related experience.
Minimum 5 year’s experience in the travel industry and airport operations.
Experience in the development and delivery of training.
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Altea DCS; an asset.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
Ability to travel.
Demonstrated leader with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal in English and good working knowledge of French a strong asset*.
* A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
