Quality Assurance Analyst / Auditor

Note: This is an Operations, Process & Service Delivery QA role focused on auditing business workflows and client service interactions. This position is NOT for Software QA (SQA), Automation, or IT/Technical Testing professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Process & Service Audits: Conduct quality checks on customer support, service delivery, and buyer-seller interactions.
• Identify Operational Gaps: Analyze service metrics, flag compliance or quality issues, and recommend actionable process improvements.
• Evaluate Client Engagement: Review account management workflows, trade inquiry resolutions, and client feedback to elevate service standards.
• QA Reporting & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal sales and service teams to produce detailed audit reports and drive continuous training.

Who Can Apply?

• Fresh Graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in QA, auditing, or operational support. (Non-SQA background)
• Educational background in Business Administration, Operations, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and a strong understanding of client experience standards

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
