We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate understands the unique rhythm of the heating and cooling industry—from handling peak-season call volumes to understanding basic HVAC terminology. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping diagnose their urgency level and providing top-tier service from booking to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from residential and/or commercial customers looking for HVAC service, repairs, or replacements.
• Gather critical details about comfort issues to ensure technicians are fully briefed before arrival.
• Educate customers on available maintenance agreements, warranties, and basic company policies.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to maximize technician efficiency and route density.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience specifically within the HVAC or home services industry (Required).
• Familiarity with industry software; ServiceTitan experience is a major plus, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal industry where adaptability is key.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and strong team-player mentality.
