The Corrections Tech I reviews and corrects customer account information in Tower Loan’s computer system. This role ensures data accuracy by processing account updates, resolving errors, and supporting various mail and fraud-related tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Completedailycorrectionsemails received frombranchesandHomeOffice.
Research errors ontheremit report (debit processing) and correctthem.
Monitor replication status screen dailyinTower Loan Operation System (TLOS).
Managefraud preventionservice’sexceptions.
Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks.
MonitorUniform Commercial Code(UCC)processing.
Uploadmail-loancheck images.
Correcterrors withinmail-related loans.
Process incoming mail fromU.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma orGED.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Customer service experiencein an office environmentispreferred
Physical Requirements:
Stand, walk,and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day.
Communicate effectively, verbally, written, in person, via telephone, or electronically.
Lift and maneuver up to20 lbs.
