Based in Texas (SW Region) | Travel Required | 40–60 hrs/week
$25–$35/hour + Bonuses + $45/day Per Diem + Paid Travel & Benefits

At Tower Communications Expert (TCE), our Crew Leaders are trusted field leaders — running safe, skilled, and high-performing tower teams across the Southwest. You’ll be directing tower projects that power communication, public safety, and connectivity nationwide.

What You’ll Do as a Crew Leader:
Lead a team of tower technicians through hands-on site work and day-to-day execution
Run pre-job meetings, assign tasks, and ensure every project hits deadlines safely
Train and mentor technicians while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
Perform and oversee climbs, installs, tests (PIM/Sweep), and closeout documentation
Complete administrative tasks: timesheets, daily logs, material lists, and reports
Manage and maintain all company gear, vehicles, and tools
Review performance and coach team members for growth
Investigate incidents and implement corrective safety actions
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
3-5+ years of tower experience, with proven crew leadership
Strong technical background with carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, DISH)
OSHA 30, NWSA TT1/TT2, and Comtrain certifications required
Experience using PIM, Anritsu, OTDR, and alignment/test tools
Clear understanding of SOWs, construction drawings, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and team management skills
CDL preferred; must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
Willing to travel 4–6 weeks at a time across the region
Pay & Perks
Pay Range - $25–$35/hr
Est. Yearly (with OT/per diem) - $65k–$90k+
$45/day per diem
Shared hotel + travel costs paid by company
