About the Role
As our Amazon PPC and Brand Manager, you are the operational and strategic owner of the Amazon business. You manage PPC, listings, launches, daily account health, and the weekly creative split test cadence so the CEO can focus on new product development and long term brand growth.
You read the business data better than she does, and you bring her the calls before she asks for them.
Your Core Focus
• Make every SKU in the catalog as profitable as it can possibly be on Amazon
• Own PPC end to end across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and Creator Connections
• Lead a weekly business review with the CEO and proactively surface recommendations she hasn't thought of yet
What You'll Do
• Pull search term reports, scale winners, cut losers, and manage to SKU specific ACOS targets tied to each product's role in the business (evergreen, seasonal hero, year round with Q4 spike, liquidating). You know the difference and you manage accordingly.
• Brief the designer on listing images and A+ content, run split tests monthly, and report results with clear next actions
• Own new product launches end to end. Listing, campaign, Vine, main image brief, launch checklist. All live at go live, nothing missing, nothing slips.
• Monitor daily account health (suppressed listings, hijackers, Prime badge, indexing, policy flags) and catch issues before we do
• Lead the weekly business review with data, recommendations, and clear next actions for the CEO and the VA
• Track and improve CTR, conversion rate, and keyword indexing across the full catalog
• Run competitor and market analysis to surface new keyword and product opportunities
• Manage Creator Connections campaigns and coordinate with the social team on affiliate partnerships
