We are seeking skilled Joiners to join our dynamic team in Stirling. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality construction services that align with our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The roles are on a sub-contractor basis and hourly rate can be negotiated based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute joinery tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
• Utilise hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices on site.
• Assist in training junior staff as needed.
• Communicate effectively with project managers regarding progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joiner.
• Proficiency in carpentry, fabrication, and assembly techniques.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good physical condition for heavy lifting tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have a Full UK Drivers Licence
