At Battlefield, people are at the centre of our recruitment process. We disclose that our hiring processes use artificial intelligence (AI) tools for limited administrative purposes, such as drafting outreach messages, summarizing interview notes, or transcribing reference checks. AI is never used to make hiring decisions.
