Summary: Iowa State Bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact while supporting daily administrative and customer service operations. The role handles inquiries, assists customers and visitors, performs opening and closing procedures, supports other departments, and manages routine customer service duties.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff or department
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, vendors, and other guests professionally
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Support other departments with administrative functions and special projects
- Perform Customer Service Representative duties as needed
- Respond to customer questions and resolve routine inquiries
