Summary: Torch Technologies is a 100% employee-owned company providing engineering services to the Federal Government and Department of War. They are seeking a F&A Program Control Intern for Summer 2026, where interns will gain hands-on experience in program control and contribute to the development of technological solutions supporting government and defense customers. Responsibilities: - Gain hands-on experience in program control - Work in a fast-paced business environment as a team player - Assist with all Program Control and Planning activity - Assist with technical tasks related to program control - Process Torch and Subcontractor funding requirements - Process and setting up Modification awards - Daily financial data analysis and entry - Data entry for Torch and Subcontractor assignments Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field - Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to establish and maintain a close relationship with internal and external customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - U.S. Citizen - At least 18 years old - Actively enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited educational institution - In good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0 - Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the internship Required Skills: Program control, Financial data analysis, Data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, Customer relationship management Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: ESOP participation, 401(k) match and safe-harbor contribution, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, Flexible spending accounts, Health Saving Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts, EAP, Education assistance, Paid time off, Holidays
