Sr. People Experience Manager, Venues
Location: TG - Remote
ABOUT TOPGOLF
Topgolf is a sports entertainment company that has changed how millions of people experience golf and where you can build a serious career. Our venues are high-energy, high-volume environments where performance matters and results are visible. Every day, we bring together golf, food and beverage, events, and entertainment into one experience that keeps guests coming back.
WHAT WE’RE SEEKING
Are you the kind of HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment where no two days look the same? Do you know how to build trust with venue leaders, navigate complex associate relations situations, and translate people’s strategy into something that works for the venues? Are you energized by being close to the business and developing a team of HR Business Partners who do the same?
We're looking for a Sr. Manager; People Experience who is as comfortable walking a venue floor as they are coaching a General Manager through a tough talent conversation. Someone who leads a team of field-facing HR partners, connects venue operations to people’s strategy, and builds the kind of HR presence that venue leaders rely on. This role is not about sitting behind a desk. It's about being a partner to our venues, understanding the business, and making sure our people are set up to succeed.
If you're ready to lead a team, own a field HR model, and drive people outcomes where the guest experience is made every day this is where you do it.
