Location: Juhu, Mumbai
Experience: 3-5 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled Zoho Systems Administrator to manage the administration, reliability, security, and integration of the company's Zoho ecosystem. The role will involve supporting business applications across departments, maintaining system integrations, managing automation, and ensuring data integrity and application reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Recruit, and future Zoho applications.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, security settings, and application access.
- Maintain integrations, APIs, data flows, and connections between Zoho and third-party systems.
- Support NetSuite-to-Zoho migration, including data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and application reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical user support.
- Develop automation, dashboards, and MIS reports to support business requirements.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure proper configuration and process records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and evolving requirements.
- Undertake special projects and other responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, BCA, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Zoho administration, ERP/CRM systems, or business applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in Zoho configuration, integrations, APIs, and automation.
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Exposure to NetSuite is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Zoho Flow, Deluge, and low-code tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with regularly using AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude for work-related tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
