Customer Service Advisor at Top Embroidery in Wokingham RG41 2PL

Location:Wokingham

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Would you like to be part of a fast-growing business in the branded workwear and corporate clothing industry? You will enjoy dealing with people and instinctively offer exceptional levels of customer service.

This is an office-based role in Wokingham, product training and ongoing support is provided. You will deal with inbound customer emails and phone calls offering suggestions on branded and the branding of workwear and merchandise. We expect you to be commercially aware and understand the importance of margins when pricing jobs. Have a familiarity with Microsoft Office and know your way around a Excel worksheet and Word document.

We are a small friendly team and looking for like minded individuals to join us.
