Help us shape the future of healthcare technology!

At Top Doctors Group, we are transforming the way people access healthcare. Through technology, we connect patients, healthcare professionals and clinics to deliver a more accessible, efficient and human healthcare experience.

Today, we operate in 10 countries, developing digital solutions that help thousands of healthcare professionals grow their practices while enabling millions of patients to find the care they need.

We believe technology creates its greatest impact when it serves people. That's why we're continuing to grow and are looking for talented people who want to help us build the future of digital healthcare in an international, innovative and fast-growing environment.

💡 Why is this role exciting?

Because you'll have a direct impact on the growth of Top Doctors UK. This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with the Field Sales, Client Manager, and Revenue Operations teams to continuously improve productivity, conversion rates, and the overall customer journey.

🚀 What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team activity, KPIs and performance, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve business goals.
• Optimise sales schedules and appointment generation to maximise the quality and conversion of meetings for the Field Sales team.
• Train and support the team on Dynamics 365, CRM best practices, databases and digital sales tools.
• Ensure the quality of the sales pipeline by reviewing opportunities and maintaining consistent sales processes.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates and commercial efficiency.
• Handle strategic customer calls and provide operational support whenever required.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends and proactively implement initiatives to improve team results and operational efficiency.

👀 We would love to meet you if...

✔ Previous experience leading an Inside Sales, SDR or Sales Development team in a B2B environment.

✔ Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and appointment setting.

✔ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate commercial data into actionable improvements.

✔ Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
