Summary: Tomo is a digital mortgage company focused on simplifying the lending process for homebuyers. The Analyst in Capital Markets will support pricing, loan product creation, and investor relations while managing loan workflows and assisting with quantitative projects. Responsibilities: - Manage our loan lock workflows to ensure sales and customer requests are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner - “Watch the money” by ensuring that loans meet our revenue requirements and investors price our loans properly - Assist Capital Markets management in a range of quantitative projects - Train to become a junior trader in 6-12 months Required Qualifications: - Strong quantitative skills - you will be building and running models and analysis throughout the day - Fluency in Excel - The ability to see risks around corners.
