Summary: Tommy Bahama is a company focused on creating a premier digital experience for its guests. The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will support the Digital Merchandising team by assisting in product setup, managing digital merchandising activities, and providing insights through reporting. Responsibilities: - Assist in product set-up functions and process - Add products to categories with the direction of the Digital Merchants Team - Update product faceout colors based on sales opportunity or marketing - Assist with execution of price changes and sale - Track late products and communicate to broader team - Assist with weekly and monthly business reporting - Support sample requests for merchant team - QA site links and product listing pages - Audit PDP copy - Organize seasonal imagery for merchant divisions - Support product attribution - Support email merchandising - Develop an understanding of digital merchandising best practices and process - Partner with the Digital Merchants on other ad hoc projects Required Qualifications: - Retail or eCommerce business experience 1 year minimum, or strong interest in digital merchandising and affinity for Tommy Bahama guest - Digital-savvy, has passion for digital shopping, digital experience - Learns new computer programs or skills quickly - Strong attention to detail - Proactive, flexible and works well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment - Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc. a plus Required Skills: Digital merchandising experience, Microsoft Suite proficiency Important Skills: Retail, eCommerce experience, attention to detail Nice-to-Have Skills: flexible, Quick learner, communication skills, Proactive, Team-oriented Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K with generous matching program, Generous paid time off, Potential Annual Bonus Opportunity, 50% discount at restaurants and retail locations, Career advancement opportunities as we are growing!
