Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise-wide Salesforce strategy aligned with business objectives and global growth plans
Develop and drive a multi-year Salesforce roadmap, including platform modernization and AI-enabled capabilities
Partner with executive leadership (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Digital, IT, Finance) to translate business strategy into scalable platform solutions
Establish and enforce global platform governance, including data, security, DevOps, integration standards, and compliance
Lead the global Salesforce product organization, ensuring clear prioritization, Agile delivery, and alignment between business demand and technical capacity
Own end-to-end Salesforce-enabled business processes, including sales operations, reporting, case management, onboarding, user access, and training frameworks
Drive improvements in sales productivity, forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity, customer management, and commercial performance
Ensure high data quality, reporting accuracy, and adoption across all regions and business units
Build and lead high-performing global teams, including product managers, architects, developers, and admins
Establish scalable operating models and a strong product-centric culture to maximize platform value and ROI
Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, effectively communicating across business, commercial, and technical domains
Requirements
10–20 years of total experience, with 8–10+ years leading Salesforce at enterprise scale
Proven track record in global Salesforce transformation and large, complex organizational environments
Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities across revenue generation, go-to-market operations, customer lifecycle, and commercial processes
Strong business acumen with the ability to link platform strategy to financial outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, margin, productivity, customer retention)
Expertise in enterprise architecture, including multi-org strategy, integrations, master data management, identity/access models, and platform lifecycle governance
Experience establishing governance frameworks, prioritization models, KPI tracking, and predictable delivery practices
Demonstrated ability to improve platform adoption, data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling global, cross-functional teams
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board level
Strong communication skills across business, commercial, and technical audiences
