Summary: Tokyo Electron US is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Intern who will work closely with cross-functional teams to gain practical technical and troubleshooting experience. The intern will be responsible for data analytics reporting, parts management, and tool troubleshooting. Responsibilities: - Performing data analytics and generating easy to read reports to support engineering and operations teams - Applying FTA/troubleshooting methods to identify problem statements and determine next actions - Managing parts inventory and coordinating with supply chain on assigned projects - Troubleshooting equipment and tools, and supporting corrective action efforts - Documenting technical findings and assisting with process improvement initiatives - Collaborating with cross functional teams to resolve technical issues in a timely manner Required Qualifications: - Pursuing BS or MS degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related degree - Demonstrated 'hands on' mechanical and troubleshooting ability - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including collaboration and presentation abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Required Skills: Mechanical troubleshooting, Data analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Analytical thinking
