Role & responsibilities
Position: Engineer- Metal Shift In charge
Department: Weld Shop
Reporting To: Manager - Production
Location: Chinchwad
Field Experience:
- Handled IATF/ISO documentation.
- Understanding of mechanisms and welding structures.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Good knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in Kaizen and Poka-Yoke implementations.
- Ability to take corrective actions on non-conformances.
- Good command of production-related documentation.
- Ability to perform robot teaching, programming, and troubleshooting for Yaskawa robots.
- Good command over preparation of SOP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Experience in manpower planning and workforce management for effective resource utilization.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Yaskawa robots.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong team player.
Joining Requirement: Immediate to 30 days
Education: DME / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 years
