Summary: TLC Engineering Solutions is a leading multidiscipline firm in the built environment, providing summer internships for students in electrical engineering or architectural engineering. Interns will gain hands-on experience by applying their academic knowledge to real-world projects, receiving mentorship from experienced engineers in electrical design and Revit drafting. Responsibilities: - The Intern will work at applying academic education to assigned tasks on real projects of all sizes and types from concept to completion of construction - They are provided on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers to learn the basics of Revit drafting / modeling and electrical design including lighting and power distribution to all necessary equipment Required Qualifications: - Current student pursuing an ABET accredited bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering - Desire to pursue a career in engineering consulting - Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) from May through August 2026 - Computer software knowledge or ability to learn, as appropriate (Revit, SKM, etc.) Required Skills: Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Revit, SKM, Electrical Design, Lighting Design, Power Distribution Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Flexible schedule options, Hybrid schedule where they can work up to 3 days from home, On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers
