WhatYou’llDo Serve as a subject matter expert supporting Loss Prevention Salesforce solutions across multiple regions Helpmaintainalignment to global Salesforce architecture, including data models, objects, record types, and design standards Support and enhance Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components, configurations, and workflows Assistin migrating and adapting components across different Salesforce instances while ensuring consistency and scalability Partner with LP leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver enhancements and ensure platform alignment Contribute to design reviews, governance processes, and documentation standards across regions Help evaluate and balance system enhancements, technical debt, and long-term platform sustainability Support impact assessments and risk evaluation for system changes, including downstream dependencies Promote reusable solutions and best practices that reduce duplication and improve efficiency Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, playbooks, and cross-team collaboration Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements aligned with business needs WhatYou’llBring Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data models, configuration, and platform capabilities Experience supporting or contributing to Salesforce customizations or enhancements in a business environment Familiarity with Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, or similar tools (preferred) Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs in complex environments Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and external partners Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a business, systems, or technology role Experience supporting Salesforce configurations, customizations, or solution design Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver system or platform enhancements Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I) preferred Skills Salesforce platform knowledge (data models, configuration, design principles) Lightning Web Components, Flows, or similar development tools (preferred) Requirements gathering and solution design System analysis and problem solving Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication Risk assessment andimpactanalysis Documentation and governance support Organizational and time management skills Benefits include Associate discount; 401(k) match; medical/dental/vision; HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long-term disability; paid holidays/vacation /sick/bereavement/parental leave; EAP; incentive programs for management; auto/home insurance discounts; tuition reimbursement; scholarship program; adoption/surrogacy assistance; smoking cessation; child care/cell phone discounts; pet/legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses.
