Responsibilities: - Diagnosing a business problem, framing options, and recommending a path forward - Building GTM narratives and execution plans for new features or verticals - Designing growth experiments and analyzing results (funnels, cohorts, attribution) - Building operating rhythms, dashboards, or lightweight systems that scale a team - Leveraging AI tooling to automate workflows, create leverage, or increase quality Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate student (or recent grad) looking for operating experience - Strong at structuring problems and communicating clearly to stakeholders - Comfortable moving fast, collaborating cross-functionally, and shipping practical work - Fluent in AI tools and modern experimentation workflows - Based in LA (or able to be on-site some of the time) Important Skills: Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Technical Program Management Nice-to-Have Skills: Problem Structuring, AI Tools Proficiency, Experimentation Workflows
