CONCIERGE SUPERVISOR Duties and Responsibilities • Oversee daily Executive Lounge operations, including scheduling and training of staff. • Track employee performance, maintain attendance logs, and issue disciplinary action when necessary. • Observe and coach staff to ensure adherence to proper service standards, food handling, and alcohol service codes. • Conduct weekly staff meetings and assist with hiring and onboarding as needed. • Monitor and control Executive Lounge inventories, including food, beverage, china, glassware, and silverware. • Manage weekly beverage ordering and recommend strategies to control gratis food and beverage expenses. • Ensure consistency of amenities for VIP guests and suites, coordinating with culinary and front desk teams for special occasions and holiday operations. • Welcome VIP guests, provide suite orientations, and facilitate personalized check-in and check-out experiences. • Support concierge staff with pre-arrival amenities and suite inspections. • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and care. • Ensure staff are knowledgeable about local attractions, restaurants, and cultural offerings to enhance guest experiences. • Adjust Executive Lounge schedules based on hotel demand while maintaining budgetary guidelines. • Lead by example in upholding Hilton’s commitment to luxury hospitality. • Develop objectives, solve problems, and foster strong communication with peers and subordinates.  Qualifications • Strong working knowledge of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Professional demeanor and appearance. • Ability to foster positive working relationships across hotel departments. • Previous supervisory experience and at least two years of Front Desk and/or Executive Lounge experience. • Basic accounting and administrative skills. • Additional Responsibilities • This role requires flexibility and a high level of professionalism.
