Summary: Tinder is a company focused on enhancing human connections through its platform. They are seeking a Rotation Program Analyst to participate in a two-year program that develops early-career talent across various functions including finance, strategy, product marketing, and product management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business and product problems and develop actionable insights
- Build and interpret financial, strategic, and analytical models
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders in finance, strategy, product, and marketing
- Contribute to high-impact projects that influence company strategy and performance
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Develop a strong understanding of Match Group’s brands, growth levers, and financial architecture
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with graduation by Spring 2026
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Interest in technology, consumer products, and business strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Majors in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Internship experience in consulting, banking, analytics, strategy, product, or technology
- Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
