Job Description
Summary: TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Product Manager Intern for the Content and Service Ads team. The intern will help with product work for lead generation ads, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize data analysis to support product development and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Help with product work for lead generation ads and commercial monetization. Based on business and product goals, formulate product plans and strategies, determine product priorities, align with partner teams, and ensure product delivery
- Help with (Go-to-Market) of new lead generation business products through data analysis, user feedback, and requirement collection, and continuously iterate and innovate products
- Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-timezone teams to follow up on demand development and launch. Work with R&D, design, testing, data science, operations, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to advance projects
- Understand the team’s business and core products, improve data monitoring required for business operations, and update weekly reports and other common data indicators
Required Qualifications:
- Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred
- Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026
Preferred Qualifications:
- Major in statistics, computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred, with technical experience or project work preferred
