Summary: TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Content Design Intern for the Summer of 2026. In this role, you will learn how UX writing supports product experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft engaging content for monetization ads. Responsibilities: - Write and iterate on clear, conversational UI copy for ads and monetization experiences, such as labels, buttons, helper text, and system messages - Partner with product design, PM, engineering, research, and localization to learn the workflow and incorporate feedback quickly - Help maintain and apply content guidelines, voice, and terminology so experiences feel consistent across surfaces and markets - Participate in design critiques and reviews, and use what you learn to improve clarity, consistency, and content quality - Support process improvements for scaling content work, such as organizing patterns, documenting decisions, and tracking common issues Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program; strong interest in UX writing, content design, product writing, communications, HCI, or a related field - Demonstrated ability to write clearly and revise quickly based on feedback - Comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional environment (design, product, engineering, research) - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026 Preferred Qualifications: - A portfolio of writing samples (class projects are fine) that shows clarity, audience awareness, and iteration - Familiarity with design collaboration tools, such as Figma, and interest in how words work inside product UI Required Skills: UX writing, Content design, Product writing, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Figma Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more., Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year)., Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
