Estamos buscando a una persona analítica, curiosa y orientada a resultados que quiera impactar directamente en la gestión del valor del cliente y la retención.
💼 Objetivo del puesto
Serás responsable de implementar, coordinar y mantener estadísticas, KPIs y dashboards clave para la gestión de base y valor del cliente. Además, generarás análisis profundos sobre desconexiones (voluntarias e involuntarias) para anticipar desviaciones y fortalecer la estrategia de retención.
🔎 ¿Qué harás?
📊 Gestión y analítica de base
✅ Manejo estadístico y perfilamiento de la base de suscriptores (móvil y hogar)
✅ Análisis del movimiento de base, valor del cliente y productos
✅ Generación de insights sobre comportamiento y evolución de la base
📉 Análisis de churn y retención
✅ Estudio de motivos de desconexión y tendencias
✅ Identificación de oportunidades para reducir churn
✅ Seguimiento detallado de desviaciones vs. esperado
🤝 Colaboración estratégica
✅ Trabajo conjunto con equipos de gestión de base y churn
✅ Asesoría en definición de KPIs y métricas clave
✅ Coordinación con BI e Inteligencia para disponibilidad y calidad de datos
📈 Visualización y storytelling de datos
✅ Creación y administración de dashboards en Power BI, Tableau u otros
✅ Generación de reportes que impulsen decisiones estratégicas
✅ Soporte a iniciativas y journeys de retención exitosos
🎯 Perfil que buscamos
🎓 Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería o afines
📌 +2 años de experiencia en roles similares
📊 Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau)
🧠 Experiencia en análisis de datos, comportamiento del cliente y BI
📡 Experiencia en telecomunicaciones o cable (deseable)
