💼 Objetivo del puesto
Serás responsable de planificar y ejecutar la gestión operativa de inventarios, compras y comercialización de terminales móviles para canales B2C y B2B, asegurando la disponibilidad de equipos, el control del presupuesto y el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
🔎 ¿Qué harás?
📊 Gestión de KPIs, compras e inventarios
✅ Seguimiento de KPIs de inventario, compras y rotación
✅ Elaboración de forecast y planificación de abastecimiento
✅ Cierre mensual de inventarios y análisis vs Budget y Forecast
✅ Monitoreo de riesgos de obsolescencia y lento movimiento (WMAPE, MOI, MOC, Aging)
💰 Gestión financiera operativa
✅ Consolidación de KPIs financieros (ingresos, costos, subsidios)
✅ Control y seguimiento de presupuestos y apoyo a precios
📱 Pricing, oferta y ejecución comercial
✅ Análisis de pricing y estrategias de monetización
✅ Benchmark de mercado y competencia
✅ Ejecución de campañas, promociones y lanzamientos en puntos de venta
🤝 Canales, marcas y sell-out
✅ Coordinación con fabricantes y canales para impulsar ventas
✅ Capacitación a fuerza comercial sobre portafolio y promociones
✅ Gestión de fondos de marketing y copatrocinios
⚙️ Soporte operativo
✅ Homologación y validación de equipos con fabricantes
✅ Implementación de nuevos productos y servicios
✅ Asegurar continuidad operativa en picos de demanda
🎯 Perfil que buscamos
🎓 Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería o afines
📌 +2 años de experiencia en roles similares
📊 Excel avanzado (indispensable)
🧠 Habilidades en análisis de datos, investigación de mercados y negociación
