Project Coordinator- Construction

Tight Quarters Inc. is looking for a highly organized, detail-driving Project Coordinator to help manage our construction projects from the

initial bid opportunity through projects closeout.

This is a fast-pace, hands-on role that connects estimating, administration, operations, and our filed teams. you will be responsible

for keeping deadlines visible, moving, and projects ready for the field.

We are looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, follow through without constant reminders, and recognize when something

needs attention before it becomes a problem. We also value people who look for ways to improve processes rather than simply working around

them.

. 3-5 years of project coordination, construction administration, or similar experience

. Construction industry experience strongly preferred

. Excellent organization and attention to detail

. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

. Strong follow-through and a sense of ownership

. Proactive- you identify what needs to happen next and take action

.Comfortable working independently without being micromanaged

. Strong communication skills and confidence following up with internal and external contacts

. Comfortable working in a casual, hand-on construction environment

. Spanish- speaking is a plus
