Summary: Tifin builds the AI operating layer for wealth, delivering workflows for financial institutions to improve client service and outcomes. The AI Engineering Intern will work on real-world AI systems and workflows, contributing to projects that enhance financial advisory processes while gaining practical experience in production-grade AI. Responsibilities: - Build real-world AI systems and agent workflows used by leading financial institutions - Work on a single project for three months under the guidance of an AI Engineering leader - Design end-to-end AI workflows spanning client discovery, investment research synthesis, portfolio construction and optimization, and compliant meeting preparation - Architect a scalable multi-agent platform with orchestration engines, memory and state management, dynamic tool invocation, structured output validation, observability, fault tolerance, and automated evaluation Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Strong experience with Python - Familiarity through former internships, coursework or research with machine learning or AI, APIs, backend development Required Skills: Python, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, API Development, Backend Development Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, Retirement benefits, Flexible PTO
