Job Description
Summary: Tiffany & Co. is a luxury retail brand seeking an Intern for their Retail Performance team. The role offers exposure to in-store clienteling and back-of-house operations, focusing on client service excellence and collaboration across various functional market teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support and contribute to in-store activities to deliver exceptional client service results, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to agreed-upon strategies with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability
- Work openly, approachably, and in a transparent, united, and mutually supportive manner with retail teams, embodying the "People Promise" of being a Dream Maker, Visionary, and Daring individual
- Actively engage with functional market teams (Client Relations, Client Development, Retail Learning, Retail Performance, HR) to gain comprehensive understanding of luxury retail business pillars and contribute collaboratively
- Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and contribute to data-driven insights
- Successfully execute and deliver a comprehensive 360 retail project, culminating in a professional presentation of findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and work effectively in a team
- Highly adaptable, positive, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in and passion for the luxury retail industry
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail experience
- Rising senior or recent graduate
