Job Description
Summary: Tidal Wave Auto Spa is one of the fastest growing car wash chains in the country, recognized for its exceptional service and innovative technology. They are seeking a Team Lead to assist with facility operations and provide excellent customer service while supporting the management team. This role offers opportunities for professional development and a pathway to management positions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service
- Assist in opening and closing the facility
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc
Required Qualifications:
- Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines
- At least 18 years of age
