The Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations, providing customer service and maintaining the facility while setting an example for the team. Responsibilities: - Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service - Assist in opening and closing the facility - Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club - Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel - Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor - Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment - Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc Required Qualifications: - Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable! - Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time - Willingness to work in all weather conditions - Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines - At least 18 years of age Benefits: Competitive pay with the opportunity to earn weekly commission., Flexible scheduling that can work around any life dynamic.
