Tele Business Development Executive

We are looking for Tele Business Development Executives with strong communication and convincing skills to join our team in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business.
• Explain products/services and convert leads into customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads and conversions.
• Build good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling/business development/inside sales.
• Candidates with hardcore telesales and target-based sales experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from loan sales, credit card sales, BPO sales, telecom sales, insurance sales, online services or similar telesales backgrounds can apply.
• Candidates with other sales experience and excellent English communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass & Above.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable with face-to-face interviews.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
