We are urgently hiring Sales Executives for the Insurance Sales Process. The role involves outbound calling to promote and sell insurance products to customers while delivering a high-quality sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound voice calls to prospective customers for insurance sales.
• Pitch insurance products and explain features, benefits, and policy details clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Close sales and achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication skills (V5 communication level mandatory).
• Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
• Basic understanding of sales or insurance concepts is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:
• CTC up 3.0LPA to 4.50LPA
