Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Owner to drive data, AI, and automation initiatives across enterprise functions. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, delivering scalable data-driven solutions, and enabling digital transformation through advanced analytics and automation.
Experience Required
15+ years of overall professional experience
8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role
Good experience in leading Product Management / Product Owner teams
Key Responsibilities
Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, AI, and automation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital opportunities
Lead Agile product development (Scrum/SAFe), including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Drive adoption of digital technologies including IoT and digital twins where applicable
Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality data and automation solutions
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impact
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data/analytics teams
Domain Expertise

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, and scalable computing architectures
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure)
Experience with data engineering and ETL/ELT processes
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Hands-on experience with:
SQL
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Strong understanding of data processing and pipeline design
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to IoT and digital twin technologies
Exposure in Python and/or R
Experience contributing to or supporting AI/ML initiatives
Knowledge of GxP processes and regulated environments
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PM/PO, CSPO, SAFe) are a plus
Domain certifications in supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or finance
