About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support lead generation, sales follow-up, and business growth for a real estate and construction-focused company.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability, confidence speaking with U.S. clients, and previous experience working in U.S. real estate. The position also offers long-term growth opportunities into digital marketing, automation, and AI-related business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warm and cold lead follow-up through calls, email, text, and CRM workflows.
- Qualify leads and support appointment setting and sales pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all lead activity is updated consistently.
- Support seller and buyer lead generation campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Coordinate follow-up sequences and sales communications.
- Assist with marketing-related tasks including campaign coordination, social media support, and lead tracking.
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based real estate prospects and clients.
- Support operational and administrative sales tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in U.S. real estate is required.
- Strong sales skills with confidence speaking to U.S. B2C clients.
- Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, or lead management.
- Strong spoken and written English with clear communication and minimal accent.
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through.
- Comfortable managing large volumes of leads and follow-up activities.
- Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools.
- Quick learner with strong adaptability to new systems, tools, and processes.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, or lead automation systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
- Exposure to the Washington, D.C. real estate market.
