Responsibilities: - Define the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics that drive product-led growth for small property owners and managers, aligning with company goals and customer needs - Leverage customer research and analytics to uncover pain points, refine personas, and inform product opportunities that drive adoption and engagement - Lead your development team to ship high-quality, data-informed solutions with speed, clarity, and measurable business impact - Own and optimize the onboarding flow end to end, identifying and executing opportunities that deliver measurable growth in acquisition, activation, and retention - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to align on growth goals, surface insights, and deliver scalable, high-impact experiences - Communicate product vision and roadmaps effectively to a wide range of audiences, from cross-functional partners to executive leadership - Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, in-product prompts, onboarding improvements, pricing iterations) to validate hypotheses and improve key funnel metrics Required Qualifications: - Requires a master's degree in computer science or computer information systems - 1 year of experience in the skill sets listed in the job description Required Skills: JIRA, Notion, SQL, LucidChart, Fullstory, A/B testing
