Final Expense Trainer
Join Our Team as a Final Expense Trainer!
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Final Expense Trainer to develop, coach, and mentor our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Final Expense industry and a passion for helping agents improve their sales performance and achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions for new and existing Final Expense agents.
- Coach agents on sales techniques, objection handling, call flow, and closing strategies.
- Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
- Conduct role-play sessions, call evaluations, and one-on-one coaching.
- Develop and update training materials, scripts, and sales resources.
- Ensure agents remain compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement performance improvement plans.
- Track training effectiveness and agent performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Final Expense industry.
- Proven experience as a Final Expense Trainer, Team Lead, or Senior Closer.
- Strong knowledge of Final Expense products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
