theBNK is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong track record of converting leads, closing deals and delivering against sales targets.

This is a high-performance, target-driven role suited to someone who is confident managing sales conversations, handling objections and taking opportunities from initial engagement through to close.

Role Details

In-Office | Stellenbosch

Monday–Friday | 15:00 – 00:00

Full-Time | Sales & Capital Solutions

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Engage with prospective clients and identify their needs
• Lead confident, high-conversion sales conversations
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Take ownership of opportunities through to close
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth deal process
• Consistently deliver against revenue and conversion targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales closing role
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in a high-volume, target-driven sales environment
• Confident communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Commercial awareness and strong customer understanding
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
• Driven, resilient and comfortable working under pressure
• Experience in life insurance, financial services, banking, lending, B2B sales or similar industries will be advantageous
• A strong closing mindset with the ability to convert opportunities into revenue
