WOODHOUSE DAY SPA

Assistant Manager

About Woodhouse Day Spa

Woodhouse Day Spa is a modern luxury day spa dedicated to delivering results-driven treatments and exceptional hospitality in an elevated, serene environment. Our leaders are the stewards of that experience — responsible for the people, operations, and financial performance that make the Woodhouse standard possible every single day.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished, guest-focused Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a working leadership role — you'll be regularly scheduled on the front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties, so you should expect to be highly guest-facing every week, not solely behind the scenes. In this role, you'll coach and develop hospitality team members to confidently sell retail, maximize the appointment book, and consistently upsell and book advanced services — all while ensuring our guest journey standards are followed on every guest, every visit.

What You'll Do

• Work regularly scheduled shifts on the front desk, personally performing Spa Coordinator duties
• Coach and develop hospitality team members to confidently sell retail and hit sales goals
• Run daily sales huddles and give real-time, on-the-floor coaching
• Maximize the appointment book and drive upsells and advanced service bookings
• Ensure the guest journey is followed on every guest, from arrival to departure
• Train new hires and serve as Manager on Duty, supporting the Spa Director

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
• A proven, hands-on track record coaching a team to hit retail and booking goals
• Strong training, coaching, and communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

What Success Looks Like

• A hospitality team consistently hitting retail and upsell goals
• A fully maximized appointment book with minimal gaps
• A team you've personally coached to sell with confidence

What We Offer

• Competitive management-level compensation
• Complimentary and discounted spa services
• A direct path toward Spa Director-level roles
• Hands-on leadership development focused on sales coaching and hospitality performance

If you're a hospitality leader who thrives on coaching a team to perform, we'd love to meet you.

To apply, email your resume to careers@carmel.woodhousespas.com or visit woodhousespas.com/careers.

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
