This is a full-time role for a Benefit Representative with The Weatherspoon Organization. Join our seasoned  team  helping families protect what matters most! As a Benefit Representative, you’ll educate clients on benefit options, provide personalized solutions, and build lasting relationships. No experience required — full training provided. Excellent income potential, flexible schedule, and opportunities for growth.   Qualifications • Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and through video conferencing • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently • Basic knowledge of benefits programs in the insurance industry • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems • Background check reqired
