Job Description
Summary: The Walt Disney Company is a world-class entertainment and technological leader, seeking a Product Manager Intern to join their Enterprise Technology Collaboration & AI team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to product strategy, discovery, and delivery in a complex global organization, focusing on AI-powered products used across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support product discovery efforts by gathering user feedback, documenting requirements, and identifying pain points
- Assist with intake tracking for platform requests, questions, and use cases
- Prepare stakeholder updates and present findings to product leadership
- Contribute to readiness activities such as release notes, known‑issues tracking, and change communications
- Analyze product usage data and help define success metrics
- Help maintain visibility into platform adoption signals and support themes
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studios & AI Agents
- Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system architecture
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in AI, data products, or enterprise platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or another STEM related field at an accredited college or university
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
- Fully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or project experience in product, consulting, or technology
- Comfort working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Curiosity about how AI tools are used in real business workflows
