Summary: The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Finance and Analytics Intern for their Operations Finance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in finance and data management, contributing to key business decisions through analytical work. Responsibilities: - Collaborate within Operations Finance and Revenue Management teams to foster a deep understanding of the business to provide data needs, analytics, and actionable insights to drive business decisions - Generate reporting and ad-hoc analyses of historical and current data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business - Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using PowerBI or similar tools to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies - Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows Required Qualifications: - Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, VBA or Power Query, SQL, Tableau or Power BI - Experience with one or more analytical tools (e.g., R, python, etc.) - Strong analytical skills; Experience collecting & analyzing data and reporting on the results - Natural curiosity and inquisitiveness and enjoy solving problems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Self-starter with demonstrated initiative - able to handle multiple tasks and priorities - Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship - Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program - Be at least 18 years of age - Possess unrestricted work authorization - Candidate must be fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship - Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation in the Anaheim, CA area Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experiencing creating PowerPoint decks to make compelling business recommendations, overview analysis findings, and/or share general information in a compelling way - Experience with statistical modeling and/or forecasting - Knowledge of the Disneyland Resort - Junior or Senior preferred - Major or previous coursework in Analytics, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, VBA, Power Query, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, Data analysis, Data visualization, Statistical modeling, Forecasting, Curiosity Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Medical, Financial, Other benefits
