About the Role & Program

The Digital Integration Intern will support the planning, development, and execution of digital content initiatives, primarily for Walt Disney World, while also contributing to broader Disney Experiences efforts, including Disneyland, Disney Consumer Products, and Disney Signature Experiences. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative self-starter with a strong interest in digital storytelling, social media strategy, and cross-functional partnership work.

The intern will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Integration.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, Florida, from July 2026 through January 2027.

What You Will Do

• Support content planning and integration across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities and storytelling opportunities
• Assist with project management workflows, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and approvals using project management tools
• Collaborate with partners across multiple teams and business segments to support execution of content plans
• Contribute to development of social, editorial, and visual content strategies
• Help coordinate assets, feedback, and updates across stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently
• Participate in team meetings, providing thoughtful input and clear communication on project status and next steps

• Foundational understanding of social media strategy, editorial planning, and graphic design principles
• General knowledge of communications and/or public relations practices
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities or last-minute changes
• Clear and confident communicator, both in meetings and written formats (email, messaging, presentations)
• Highly collaborative, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

It Would Also Be Great If You Have/Are Familiar With

• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana, etc.)
• Familiarity with digital content performance metrics and platform best practices
• Passion for storytelling, brand voice, and audience engagement

Education

• Senior year preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

• The approximate dates of this internship are July 2026 through January 2027
• Fully available from Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week, and be flexible, as schedules could occasionally include nights or weekends
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area.
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
