Advance your career with The Treetop!

At The Treetop, we are passionate about improving the lives of the children we serve. We believe that our clients' needs are best met when we collaborate closely with their parents and other service providers. We strive to empower families by teaching parents how to support and enhance their child’s progress. Our goal is to equip each child with the skills needed to function effectively across all areas of life. We accomplish this by providing a comprehensive 1:1 learning environment in the comfort of each child’s home.

We greatly value your efforts and the impact you make on clients, which is why we offer a competitive wage of $23.00–$28.00/hour. Our incredible benefits package includes:

• Generous PTO accrued starting day 1 (no waiting period)
• Get paid the same day you work — DailyPay is a 3rd party partner with The Treetop, which means no waiting for payday
• Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees (30+ hrs/week), including medical, dental, and vision
• 401(k) with company match — plant the seeds for a secure financial future
• Ongoing ABA training and BCBA Internship Program — we support your professional growth
