Job Description
Summary: The TJX Companies, Inc. is a leading off-price retailer, seeking a Systems Network Coordinator to provide system support for hardware and software in their Distribution Center. The role involves maintaining computer equipment, assisting in training applications, and acting as a backup for Data Center functions.
Responsibilities:
- Requests/Creates/Deletes user profiles | Resets User ID’s and passwords | Conducts security audits
- In conjunction with Systems Support Specialist, responsible for printing and distributing IMSP and SCAN reports
- Installs new equipment; i.e. terminal, monitors, keyboards, printers and other system peripherals
- Monitors/troubleshoots SCAN equipment and functions | Cleans equipment and contact vendors for repairs as necessary
- Installs/maintains and troubleshoots all voice/data cabling and terminations
- Provides technical expertise in the daily maintenance, installation and repair of desktop PC computer systems
- Provides troubleshooting and contacts Level I and 2 Helpdesk support, and vendors, as necessary
- Assists the Management Team with training in, and operation of Microsoft Office applications and Lotus Notes
- Operates cutter/stackers to ensure labels, distros and tickets are cut accurately and efficiently
- Sorts and matches tickets to distributions, store labels, T-stickers and Locator labels
- Scans tickets and distribution packages and delivers to area when applicable
- Performs special projects at the request of the Management Team
- Maintains equipment database for entire Distribution Center
- Remakes barcode locators for use with SCAN
- Designs and prints labels for special use at the request of the Management Team
- Maintains spreadsheets for calculating and reporting DC data
- Participates in the ON CALL rotation schedule
- Orders supplies as needed | Maintains databases as required
Required Qualifications:

- Lotus, MS Word, Access and other related software skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule (i.e. overtime/split shift/on-call)
