Job Description
Summary: The Standard is committed to making a difference in the lives of others and is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II. This role is responsible for delivering and supporting reporting and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, performing operational data analysis, and producing ongoing and ad hoc reporting to support various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvement, growth, and cost optimization
- Aggregate, validate, and maintain data integrity while monitoring and communicating data quality or BI performance issues
- Deliver ongoing and ad hoc analyses, reports, and queries to support stakeholder decision‑making
- Collaborate with business partners to define, document, and standardize key metrics and reporting requirements
- Responsibly leverage AI and LLM tools to enhance productivity, automation, and analytical documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, Power Platform, and automation tools is preferred
